Rates
Walkers River Camp is a family-friendly, self-catered, exclusive-use lodge in the Timbavati Private Nature Reserve, accommodating up to 8 guests in 5 spacious en-suite bedrooms. (Min stay of 3 nights required)
Current Rates (Rate is for the entire camp):
2026:
- R30,000 per night
- 2026 Timbavati Conservation Levy – R255 per person per night
2027:
- R34,000 per night
- 2027 Timbavati Conservation Levy – R280 per person per night
RATE INCLUDES: 15% VAT, Entire lodge, including accommodation for up to 8 guests, 2 x game drives per day with a qualified guide & tracker on one game viewer, Timbavati gate entry fees and daily housekeeping services.
RATE EXCLUDES: All meals & drinks (Self-catered), transport to & from the lodge, staff gratuities, personal/travel insurances, the Timbavati conservation levy & items of a personal nature.
CONDITIONS: Terms & Conditions apply. Minimum 3-night stay required.

Booking Terms & Conditions
DEPOSIT: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid 60 days before arrival.
MINIMUM STAY: A specific minimum stay is not explicitly stated, but bookings are subject to availability and high-demand periods may influence stay requirements.
CANCELLATION WINDOWS:
- 61+ days before arrival: 70% refund of total payment (excluding the non-refundable deposit)
- 1–60 days before arrival: No refund (100% cancellation fee)
- All valid refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee
